Summary:
To lead the cashier/receptionist, collection service representative and TCN processers by overseeing all aspects of their positions and to maintain accurate customer accounts, take customer payments, secure payment, and provide clerical assistance.
Responsibilities and Duties include:
- Maintain Credit Card Software and auto debits as needed
- Data Entry
- Corresponding with bank on NSF checks
- 1st call welcome packets
- Lead and assist team members
- Monitor and assign tasks as needed
- Ensure team members are following policy and procedure and adhering to the department guidelines

Summary:
Responsible for the location of customers vehicles, address and employment in order to be able to secure a judgement or garnishment.

- Communicate with repossession agents any information that could lead to the repossession of auto.
- Request 10 Alias New Claims on PJ tagged accounts per month.
- Locate 10 addresses per month so legal or collections can be pursued.
- Locate 10 new jobs per month so that garnishment can be pursued on GRNI (non active garnishment) tagged accounts.
- Must be successful in reaching team goal of 15 repossessed cars per month.
- Record information about financial status of customer and status of collection and skiptrace efforts.
- Record all activity and update customer information into system.
- Locate customers whereabouts and assets through skip trace efforts.
- Request repossession according to department policy.
- Work assigned accounts based on tags: GRNI’S, PJ, SK, SKCO and loan codes CL
- Participate in cross training
- Other duties as assigned by Management.

Recovery Trainee Skip Team
Summary:
Responsible for the recovery of bad debt and the timely referral and conclusion of deficiency balances.

- Request repossession according to department policy
- Locate new addresses or jobs on customers so that collection or garnishment efforts may continue
- Follow up on non service for garnishment hearings
- Work assigned accounts: GRNI’s
